Enjoyed the large room and large ref/freezer. The tv had no sound but that’s ok we were on our devices anyway. Furnishing definitely need updated as well as lock on door. However, staff was very friendly and location was great for us as we only stayed one night to continue on with our travels.

Single woman traveling with a small dog. Pros: TV works Nice size fridge with a separate freezer HVAC works and isn’t too noisy Water is hot Cons: At check in: reception was smacking her mouth with food on her lips. Offered my ID when she asked for it, but she never looked up to take it. No directions given to room location until I asked, and then they were vague. My dog has been freaked out since we entered the lobby, and she’s comfortable anywhere. My first room (118): smoke alarm was beeping and phone was broken. No trouble getting a different room after I walked back to the lobby. Second room (121): boogers flicked on the ceiling over the bed, dried urine on the toilet seat, and dust settled everywhere. I could hear dirt crunch under my train case when I placed it on the counter. Rusty metal everywhere, including lamp base and ironing board. Sink sprays water all over if turned on full, as if aerator is missing. Parking spaces are WAY too small (I could barely open my doors on a crossover parked between two, properly parked, full size trucks) Tons of traffic noise. Would YOU recommend?

I get there super late after driving all the way from New Mexico. I thought I had a reservation there. As I'm looking at my phone and checking my emails the guy at the front desk takes my debit card and runs it. My reservation was for another hotel an hour way. I was completely aggravated with this man because not only did he run my card without asking or waiting for me to check to make sure that this was indeed the hotel for my reservation.. he put me on the second floor and I have huge suitcases when I paid extra to make sure I was at the bottom floor at the reservation I have made. This man carries my suitcases up the stairs. Gives me a super huge discount. And two storms hit 30 minutes after I got safely in my room. That man saved my life. I will be staying here every time I pass through to get home to Georgia. The bed was soft. The room was clean and up-to-date. The staff was amazing. Best mistake I ever made
