"Pros. Good location. Close by parking option. Very clean room. Fully decked out kitchenette (not used). Big comfortable bed. Quite during the night (early morning noise from I suspect renovations). Perfect temperature. Modern feel. Good view. Helpful front desk. Plenty of power points. Cons. Water comes out of the shower recess and thoroughly wets the bathroom floor. Plenty of ingredients to make tea or coffee except sugar. There is some device attached to the side of the AC head unit that flashes blue light in the dark (can't be noticed in the light), it was a pain when the lights were off. The desk/table & solitary chair are very cramped. "

"The staff are exceptional!!! The location cannot be beat! We had our choices for coffee every morning and loved the people watching. The Summer market was across the street and so so great! Another market is also across the street in the other direction. And then there are THOUSANDS of eateries in every direction. Access to the free tram just a block away. The hotel has every amenity right down to (free I believe) self serve laundry and free sparkling water. The hotel is not "fancy." It is comfortable and practical. I would recommend they change out the very dark carpet in the guest rooms, but it wasn't in bad condition, just dark and carpet is a major dirt holder in general. I would still stay here again and recommend it highly!!!"

"Staff was awesomely friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was good. Location was terrific for the value. The room was fairly clean but could have been vacuumed a bit better. Otherwise housecleaning was good. Windows we're dirty but the view was limited so it didn't matter."
