It is an old hotel our rooms furnishings were newer but the room was very dirty and so was the bedding and the bathroom. Our friends next door furniture were old and the chairs were disgusting dirty. "Staff was not friendly at all. When trying to contact the motel prior to arrival, the phone was not answered until the 17th try. At the motel, the front desk phone was never answered. "

"Very nice place and extremely clean. Located is conveniently located near airport with a 24 hr shuttle that runs constantly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Miami. "
