RETREAT DETAILS
Surf Mountain Retreat offers private accommodation right on the doorstep of Mount Buller. The Retreat is set on two levels which enables flexible accommodation packages for families and groups. We are also a pet friendly home!

--UPSTAIRS--
Upon entering, you'll be in awe of the beautiful open plan design comprising of a large lounge area, floor to ceiling windows and comfy sofas. Sit back and relax in front of the fire place while you soak in the 180 degree views of Mount Buller and the green lush bushland and wildlife that surround our Retreat.

Upstairs comprises of four large bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space for clothes and suitcases. All bedrooms have wall panel heating.

Upstairs sleeping arrangements are as follows.
* Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed with Ensuite and large TV
* Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
* Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed and 1 x Triple Bunk Bed (double bed & single bed)
* Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed and 1 x Triple Bunk Bed (double bed & single bed)

Entertaining is a breeze at our retreat with a large 12 seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the undercover balcony, cook up a BBQ, play cards around our large outdoor setting or soak in the large outdoor spa.

To cold on the deck? Step back inside and snuggle up on the sofas with the sound a crackling fire place, watch a DVD, listen to a record or enjoy the free wifi. We also have a variety of boardgames and books to keep all ages occupied.

The drying room is situated at the entrance of the the Retreat where you can fit all your wet gear after a day out on the slopes, so the next day you’re all ready to go.

*Bedroom 6: 2 x single bunk beds.

==RULES & POLICIES==

It is our expectation that our property is solely used for quiet holiday purposes and that guests understand this before booking. The rules in place are to protect our home, the relationship with our neighbours and community. It is important to read our house and property terms and conditions before booking the property. This includes security bonds, extra cleaning fees, check out process and noise restrictions.

We do not accept INSTANT bookings that involve parties or groups of adults more than 12. Please contact us if you have bookings larger than 12 adults.

Please note that Surf to Mountain has safety measures in place to protect our property and the safety of guests. Security Cameras are placed at the front (carport and facing out to the road) and rear deck over back sliding door and spa (facing away from the property towards the back yard). While these devices do record activity (movement and sound), they are not designed to be intrusive of your stay and are solely used for security & safety purposes only. No recording devices are located inside or face inside the property (please see our terms and conditions for further information).
