Most of the staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They made our stay feel very home like. The overnight desk attendant was not very nice and did not communicate well at all.

Room was very dirty carpets were sticky. My dishwasher didnt work in the room. Shower was patched with white duct tape where there were holes. I stayed 12 days and my room wasnt even cleaned once. No towels or sheets, trash was never taken out. Id reccomend finding somewhere else for the money this place costs.

Front desk staff very friendly. Rooms were adequate but decor was dull. The in-room kitchens excuse the lack of breakfasts being served. Location is way off the beaten path, tucked back in a commercial area right off the interstate hwy. All in all, pretty ordinary place.

It’s a 10!

Rooms are very cleaned and ready to go. The entire hotel was exceptional. Beds are very comfortable and they give you extra pillows. Kitchens are very stocked with utensils. Lighted patio area was nice and clean with 2 grills. Very pet friendly. No loud barking.

Rooms are advertised as having queen sized beds, they are NOT; at most they are doubles. That was the biggest disappointment as I was sharing a bed and they are not big enough. Relatively clean, nice staff.

Property was dirty, stepped in gum at the front counter. Front desk took 10-15 minutes to get me checked in, she was on her cell phone the entire time. Room was old. There were dogs on the floor and the barked the entire night. Would not stay here again.

Could be better

Paid for 2 rooms. Room 319 was ok and was good. Room 325 needs to be upgraded. Room 325 has a TV where the motherboard on the unit is about to go out. The dishwasher in 325 is also bad and needs to be replaced. The dishwasher unit is bad and because it doesn't flow or drain water correctly, the unit has a horrible smell.

The room and location were fine typical hotel room. Our room had an odd smell at first but went away after a little bit. The room had a lot of moisture for some reason, by morning my hat was soaked. The double beds are not big enough for two adults. I wish hotels would stop providing double beds. Queens and kings only.
