Great Experience at Woodspring

The stay was incredible, room was clean, service was excellent, and the staff was the cherry on top. I’d like to specifically mention the front desk lady, Nina, for her friendliness and top notch service. She was very helpful and kind. The room itself was very clean and perfect for its price. This was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back. I would recommend it to all my friends!

I like the fact that there was no limit on number or size of dogs. Having never stayed in an extended stay hotel before I was disappointed that there was no soap or shampoo provided. No coffee pot or coffee. Really the room was bare. Probably wouldn’t stay in another one

It offered a kitchenette with full refrigerator and hot plate stove top for cooking. Really convenient. The wifi was stated as free but you are allowed only one device. I had more than 2 devices due to business and had to pay additional for wifi to work on my laptop. That was my only issue. Outside of that eveything was excellent. The male staff was very helpful to us.

My stay at the hotel

It was very clean and quiet and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the only thing i didn’t like is that they don’t provide forks or spoons or pots or dishes in the room but they have a microwave and refrigerator and stove top for you to cook on but I’m from the north west suburban area and our rooms with stove tops comes with pots and dishes and spoons and forks so I was talking back about that so I had to go out and provide my own cook wear and spoons and forks and plates so that me and my husband cook eat the food that I brought to cook for us so be aware if you’ll are planning to stay there and cook make sure you’ll bring you’ll own pots and stuff you will need to cook like if you was at home and also you would need dish soap to wash the pots and stuff and kitchen towel or sponge to clean your dishes and stuff but the do provide a clothes basket to use to take your clothes to wash and bring your clothes back to the room and they do provide hangers and the area is nice and there’s store and a mall near by just incase you need clothes or food or snacks or pots and pans and stuff there a Walmart and a dollar tree and Ross and stuff like that and restaurant like bob evans and Popeyes and red lobster and longhorn and outback steak house

Promised Smoke Free rooms w/Privacy

I was checked in yesterday. My room did NOT smell like smoke. I woke up this morning to a room filled with horrible cigarette smoke. No one is answering the phone when I dial 500. Smokers are in rm 404 or rm 408. It’s hard for me to breathe clearly. I need a room on the end that’s not near anyone else’s r that’s not near smokers. Also I heard the smokers say they’re trying to look in on me. They didn’t start smoking until the lobby was closed. So it’s clear it’s people who know smoking is not allowed and who know when the office closes and who’ve stayed in multiple rooms here in order to put spyware in each of the rooms. This is not fair to me. Please have the staff here give me a smoke free room as soon as possible! I don’t smoke! I have allergies! It stinks really badly! I didn’t pay for a cigarette filled room! Please help! Lobby is closed and not answering when I dial 500. It’s around 7:30am CST. Thank you I made a typo about where the smoke is coming from. I’m in room 406. The smoke is either coming from the two rooms surrounding me, room 404 or room 408.
