"We loved our stay here! It so close to all the Dells attractions, but yet it felt like a totally separate oasis. Rooms were spacious and newly renovated. Private beach and a pool. We enjoyed meeting other guests around the campfire. Outstanding place and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend!"

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Communication was not as expedient as I required but eventually my concerns were addressed. My gripe is with VRBO. Extra fees added to what I thought was a fair price resulted in doubling the cost and making the stay out of my budget. Also the "free water park passes" were not available and haven't been since 2020."

"Our room was TINY. We stayed 7 days and there was no dressers or place to put our clothes so we were constantly tripping over our luggage. Our shower water ran on our floor in the bathroom because there was no ledge to hold it in. Other than that, the room was clean and we made it work. We did get a free 2 hr pontoon rental with our stay and free kayak rentals."

"The Polynesian could use a update on the outside of the property. It's the beginning of winter so it seems a little empty in the Dells this time of year. The room had been renovated and was nice. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Price was good."

Very accommodating
"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us to fit our needs. (I was expecting with this wonderful upgrade there would have been some kind of up charge) NOT at all. They upgraded us to a condo where we had more than enough room!!! Along with our stay the staff there were very helpful! We will definitely be back."
