"Everything was very nice. The gym staff, where the pool is, was friendly and helpful. We needed some extra coffee supplies, which were delivered to the room by front desk staff quickly and happily. It's a big hotel with lots of amenities, and was a great place for my mom and me to stay before a Mass Eye and Ear appointment the next morning. "
