"The room did not look very clean - I kind of wondered if they had cleaned it after the last guess since there were some little pieces of paper and thread on the floor that should have easily vacuumed up. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but could have just been stained. The plug in by the sink didn’t work, the tub drained very slowly and the toilets didn’t flush very well. The staff downstairs was pleasant and answered questions. They were welcoming and polite. It was cold, so I didn’t use the AC and since I’m gluten free I didn’t eat the breakfast. "
