"This budget hotel is fabulously convenient for a rail trip stopover, with nice staff and good-sized rooms. There's a little mild tattiness, and the beds are too soft for my taste, but it's nice to have a bathtub. If you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. Many good pubs and modest eateries nearby. We don't take the breakfast because we love the café next door."

"Excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring Lille. Stayed for a weekend with friends and the hotel was clean, staff were incredibly polite and helpful and the rooftop bar was a huge bonus! Lots of bars, restaurants and tourist must-sees in walking distance (the furthest we walked was 30 mins but most places are 5-15 mins). Highly recommend."

"plutot bien dans l'ensemble et bien placé. Juste une mauvaise odeur dans la penderie de la chambre, ce qui est dommage car j'ai clairement senti que ma chemise qui avait passé la nuit dedans, même entrouverte, ne sentait plus le frais au matin."

"Steps to both main train stations, Euro & Metro. Cozy room for two persons. No problem getting twin beds for mother, daughter. Very quiet nights. Front staff always helpful"
