The receptionist are great and they upgraded my room to sea views which was amazing. However, something else made me to feel good about this place was I forgot my wallet with large amount of money but they phoned me and returned my wallet, for this I thank the hotel management and particularly Ms. Marwah, the guest relations who spent time to arrange the return of my wallet. "

"The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "
