Good location, very helpful and courteous staff, the room is clean and adequate with functioning air conditioning system that does keeps the room cool even when we are out of the room (lights turn off when the key is out.) The breakfast is an experience onto itself. We prolonged our stay and canceled the original plan of trying a different hotel after seeing/eating their breakfast. They have a nice pool that teenage daughters enjoyed using. An exercise room would have made it perfect but it was great.

NAVONA is the best and most excellent hotel I have ever stayed. Hakan bey the general manager, Sevgi hanım the receptionist are real good professionals. All staff are very successful in customer relations. It is a hotel where you can always stay safely.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but could have offered a few better hot food options instead of just fried items.
