Gittigimizde ilgili hotelde rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen yer kalmadığını söylediler (hafta içi tenha bir zamanda). Ardından daha ucuz sokak arasındaki bir hotele yonlendirdiler. Üstelik gece ücreti burda cok daha düşük olmasına rağmen (duvarda yazıyor) utanmadan ayni parayi istediler. Sanki yerimize müşteri almak bizim suçumuz. Bir özür dahi dilenmedi. Hotel kötü olmasada yasadiklarimiz REZALET.

Very bad service. Gave them my laundry, and my pants came back with chemicals spots. Very bad management, and the handled the situation in bad conditions. Problematic when you are a hotel management, but fail in customer service.

Hotellet ligger midt i byen, men veldig kaotisk å finne frem hvis man ikke har egen bil. Drosje blir andre alternativ. Veldig rent hotell, vennlig personale.
