"super easy check in"

"Solid, dependable stay. The location is super convenient and in a great area, making it easy to get around. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. Exactly what you need for a smooth, hassle-free trip—I’d happily stay here again."

"Enjoyed my stay, as the whole staff was wonderful. I will definitely come back during Spring training to stay ."

"How Expedia even have this place on their site is beyond me. This hell hole is one disgusting roach motel. Like when you think roach motel this is it. I just needed one night in Arizona and picked this because it was cheap and close by where i needed. So partially my fault for not double checking how this place is. The Good: Theres a lot of parking. And air conditioning. The Bad: Its run down and very outdated and old. The front door has a big gap on the bottom where bugs are getting in and...

"Very comfortable and it had everything I needed to make breakfast and get a good night rest."

"Clean room, beautiful bathroom with tile shower, contential breakfast was your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, English muffins, danishes... All very fresh and tasty. I especially liked their salsa that was set out by the eggs, it tasted homemade."

"Had so much fun at this hotel! Food was great, ambience wonderful and staff was the best part!"

"I only read negative reviews when I'm researching a place to stay, especially complaints about cleanliness. The 233 didn't have bad reviews and mine isn't either. The entire setup was well thought out and we enjoyed a pleasant evening at the Crust after a long day's drive and four hours of business. The food and service were above par. After a good night's sleep, we were ready for another long day of driving, I highly recommend and will stay again at The 233."

"The location of the property I would give five stars. Close to amenities and the freeway. The lobby furniture was stained and smelled musty. Time for a refresh. The musty smell continued into the bedrooms. It was instantly once you opened the door. Not sure if the carpet had been wet, but definitely noticeable smell."

"The room was very comfortable and clean"

"I arrived early and a very nice room was available. Was given vouchers for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Enjoyed the restaurant. Will return next time in Tempe."
