"Regarding the rooms, I liked the building with the gym. The "regular King Suite" in the building where the front desk is, was smaller than the pictures and a found it stuffy. However, the front desk was very accommodating and made sure we got into a room we were comfortable in. That was a double queen room in the next building. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, microwave and a sink to do dishes. It really met our needs on this trip. "

"The male front desk staff were very responsive and helpful. The female not so much. It was a good location for us. It was between the 2 places we needed to be. It could have been cleaner."

"This was the worst stay I’ve ever had there. Definitely need to keep the rooms and balconies clean and fix the water stains from the broken a/c and heater that didn’t work in my room"

"ANTS. Hotel looks ghetto from the street and parking lot, but the rooms are surprisingly modern, and clean except for the ants. I didn’t see any other bugs besides ants. Stayed for 2 nights. Only noticed a few ants the first night (less than 5). Spilled a drop of juice near the sink the 2nd day. Thought I wiped it up good enough. Nope. After turning the lights back on at 11pm to use the bathroom, there were probably 50 ants on the countertop near the sink. I called the office, to ask for some kind of RAID or some bug spray to kill them. They didn’t have any. They offered to let me move rooms, but the only available room was near the loud bar. Instead, they offered to bring me some Lysol disinfectant wipes to wipe up the ants."

"I usually have a good stay with this hotel for years. This time was very dissapointed. I work most of the night working in saving street kids . Checked in at 1am. Went right to bed. Got up at 8am to shower and go to work again. Well the shower was maybe a drizzle and wouldn’t get hot, normally I would just figure it out but I worked 14 hours the day before and slept about 6-7 hours before another long day. I reported it to the front desk girl and she said well you can shower next door and illl have someone call you. I explained what I do and how long I had to do today. And basically got the cold shoulder. Now days later no call. No discount ect. Myself and the rest of our team will be moving hotels and not returning if this isn’t handled"

"It was, overall, a good experience. i have no complaints with the budget motel facilities. This particular hotel is a reliable stand-by for me. I was particularly impressed with the staff's willingness to upgrade me to a room that accommodates handicapped persons. A particular need, in my case. Thank you, Motel 6 staff !"
