"This is a well managed and very clean family run hotel, and the friendly hosts & staff are very helpful. The rooms are spacious with a balcony (some with outstanding sea views) and a reasonable bathroom. The poolside bar/cafe is a relaxing hangout. The route to the beach is a few hundred meters of steep gradient but I am in 70's and coped ok. The small town and beach has plenty of eating places and options for the younger set. Overall - a good place to stay."

"This was our second stay at the Olivar Suites and once again we opted for a Majestic Suite. The room is a generous size for 2 people but it is the private garden, terrace and pool that is the standout. The Beach area is well appointed with comfortable sunbeds and we never had a problem locating free sunbeds at a time when we wanted them. Breakfast is a combination of Buffet and Table service and is excellent. The drinks and food service on the beach is also excellent with a 'service bell' located on each beach umbrella. The Bar has relaxing live music several nights a week and serves small plate/snacks until late at night."

"Had a great week at 3 Stars Hotel - staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel right in beach with pool. Beach bar and restaurant staff attentive and served great food and drinks. Quite a walk from Moratika village - which we did not realise - most bars restaurants are along the beach front. Got a taxi into Benitses one evening - really good vibe. I really fab hotel and would return"

"Great facilities. Ideal for families. Lovely little resort outside the hotel. Had comfort room with sea view. Very basic, no hair dryer, only 2 plugs so not ideal for 3 people with phones etc. Bathroom needs renovation and room was very noisy. Gorgeous views. Has crepes and ice cream parlour. Pizza pasta and salad bar. Sandwich hotdogs tacos bar. Loads of food choices. Would stay here again but in a better room. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning."

"The hotel is beautiful, well designed, boutique with a quiet relaxed approach to it. It was immaculately clean. Despite them stating that housekeeping was every two days, I got clean towels and fresh coffee everyday. The pool was delightful, the staff were very amenable. Despite the room being small it was well designed with loads of storage. The bathroom was also small and a larger shower would have been appreciated. The balcony was completely private and in shade which gave a welcome retreat as the sun rose. The views from the top floor (my room) were spectacular! The bar was cheaper than town. The pool was chlorine free so refreshing and nice to swim in. I had a spa treatment which they arranged very quickly and was wonderful, the therapist was extremely good. Loved it. Locally the beach was lovely, a quieter resort with areas of peace. The loungers that line the beach are free. The views were incredible. For sunset views visit Fishermen’s Haunt and for moonlight views visit Bacchus. I’ll be back x"

"The pool was very good. The villa was extremely clean with someone coming in every day to change sheets and towels ( we discouraged this!). We ordered food to be delivered from the hotel on 2 occasions and it was delivered very promptly. It is a two minute walk to the beach and a great little restaurant called Salt and Pepper. There is a shop and a supermarket also within a two minute walk and 5 minscwill take you to the bus stop where you can get the bus to corfu town. All very central"
