Top Mesquite Hotel Reviews
CasaBlanca Resort, Casino, Golf & Spa
8/10 Good
"Pool scene is unique and like none other. Besides gaming and professional entertainment opportunities, the pool and hot tub atomosphere is amazing. However, recent corporate decisions are destroying that uniqueness and charm, for example, that huge entertainment structure for pool area venues should be axed and removed. Maintaining one lifeguard on active duty effectively eliminating half the pool area available, and then shutting down the pool for overall use at 5 pm is ridiculous and counterproductive (Yes, I know it is October and the weather can be trending cooler but the days are more than exceptional for use and the demand is there. (Yes, I do know the hot tub is generally open for use despite pool being closed as well). Other considerations, like the poor shower floor design or intentionally bowed overhead shower curtain support which fails to redirect the water towards the drain causes localized flooding of entire bathroom floor, not good and needs to be addressed. Elimination of separate coffee and ice cream shop was popular and also a bad move. As the country's economy becomes more challenged, Mesquite is an important and unique venue supporting top venue golf and other sporting events. You had an excellent thing going why change it??"
Virgin River Casino and Lodge
8/10 Good
"It's hard to get a good bargain these days. The Virgin River Casino and Lodge is a rare exception. Is it the Bellagio? God no. But for $50 a room, it is money well spent. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was functional. There's also a Casino, a relatively nice pool, and a game room with a bowling alley. The cafe was excellent. You can get a Heinekin for $3. If you need a place to stay while traveling through Nevada, it's a worthwhile option."

Rising Star Sports Ranch Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This is a great hotel/resort and they are continuing to add more amenities (in the process of adding a lazy river to the pool area) we have stayed here several times. The rooms are clean and updated, the staff is friendly and helpful and its conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and other amenities in Mesquite."
