"It's in a good location. But the check in time of 4 PM and checkout time of 10 AM is too extreme. Too tight for 4 people and the kitchen is not stocked with the basic items at all."

Die Ausstattung für's Kochen ist minimalistisch - wer also selber kochen will, am Besten notwendiges Kochwerkzeug mitbringen. Es gab keine Mikrowelle, aber eine Kaffeemaschine für Kaffeepads, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd mit 2 Kochfeldern, Backofen ohne Umluft, sowie eine Kühlgefrierkombination + 1 Geschirrtuch. "Nina’s place has markets, restaurants and subway stop all within 2 blocks. And everything inside was just what we needed, including fans to cool us down since part of our time was during some hot weather (and AC is not common in Europe). The condo is well furnished. "Great location, plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk. We found the one flight of stairs from the street very convenient. We used the stairs most of the time but is was very nice to know we could use the elevator for luggage or heavy grocery loads. The kitchen was small but very easy to prepare most anything because of the large kitchen island."

"War wohl mal ein Laden, es ist alles sauber, die Betten angenehm. Unterhält sich jemand auf der Straße bekommt man alles mit. Nebenan ist ein Späti, offen bis Nachts 1:00 Uhr, wird schon mal lauter. Waren zum arbeiten in Berlin und nur Nachts in der Wohnung. Würde ich wieder buchen? Denke ja. "

"Schöne Wohnung im schönen Charlottenburg, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, ruhige Lage, äusserst hilfreicher und angenehmer Vermieter, alles prima. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Einziger Wermutstropfen: für 10 Personen ist sie doch etwas eng für den stolzen Preis, die sie kostet. Aber man ist ja auch viel unterwegs. Verbesserungsvorschalag: etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, sonst muss man die Geschirrspüle nach jeder Mahlzeit anstellen. Alles in allem: empfehlenswert und gut"
