  • Relax on our landmark Hofgut in the southern Eifel. In the "Alte Schmiede", which has been converted into a comfortable holiday apartment, you can relax from the first minute of your stay.
    Experience how quickly the everyday stress is forgotten, if you can swing from the front door on the bike saddle and enjoy the numerous bike paths along the river valleys or the heights of the Eifel. Our apartment is furnished with new, high-quality furniture, where you can relax after a beautiful hike in the natural paradise Eifel, the soul in front of the fireplace.

We hebben echt genoten in de oude smederij. Alles was schoon en aanwezig. En zeker t zwembad was heerlijk in de warme week dat we er waren. Het lag centraal voor mooie wandelingen in het mullerthal en ook dichtbij bitburg voor uitjes zoals zwemmen, bowlen, boodschappen etc.

Een comfortabel huis om een week te verblijven. Je zit op kleine afstand van het Müllerthal in Luxemburg om te wandelen. Trier en Saarburg is goed aan te rijden.

Sehr schönes Haus für eine Winterentspannung mit Familie. Tolle große Küche und gemütlicher Ess-/Wohnraum mit Kamin. Ein einziges Badezimmer ist herausfordernd bei voller Belegung.

Ruhige woche in Alte Schmiede

Die alte Schmiede ist ein fantastischer Ort zum Verweilen. vor allem, wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden mögen. Supermärkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Guido und Claudia haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Viel Platz drinnen und ein schöner Garten zum Verweilen draußen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren überrascht über die Größe der Unterkunft. Es ist größer, als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Gemütliche Schlafzimmer und ein toller Garten mit Pool und Trampolin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Genügend Ausflugsziele sind auch in der Umgebung. Kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen und würde auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

Weekend Messerich

Wij, een groep van 6 fervente trailers, hebben dit verblijf gevonden omdat wij graag een keer in het Mullerthal in Luxemburg wilden lopen. Messerich is hier een half uur van verwijderd. Het appartement was schoon en erg ruim. De keuken heerlijk gezellig met een hogere tafel met barkrukken. We hebben een geweldig weekend gehad. Het enige nadeel is dat het iets gehorig is. Krakende vloer en piepende deur. Aan de andere kant heeft dat ook zijn charme, maar als je nachts naar het toilet moet kan dat best hinderlijk zijn. Ook is het jammer dat er een badkamer is en in de badkamer het enige toilet. Dat is voor een groep van 6-8 mensen niet onoverkomelijk maar zeker niet handig.

Mooi, groot huis

Het huis was ingedeeld in verschillende compartimenten. Helaas was het moeilijk om het huis warm te krijgen. Er stond een houtkachel en voldoende hout maar er waren niet genoeg zetels om hier gezellig bij te zitten. Praktische keuken (die helaas te koud was om in te eten), goede bedden, mooie tuin. Gelegen in een afgelegen dorpje, de ideale uitvalsbasis voor de Mullerthal Trail.

Riesiges Apartment

Das Apartment hat mit seiner Größe überzeugt. Über drei Etagen Mit mehreren Schlafzimmern sowie einem großen Wohnzimmer und Garten kann man dort eine super Zeit verbringen. Zudem gibt es eine direkte Busverbindung zur Bitburg Erlebniswelt, was für uns ein klarer Vorteil war. Die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartung vollsten erfüllt. Allein der Backofen hat uns vor einer Herausforderung gestellt.

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Claudia und Guido. Sie waren sehr freundliche Gastgeber und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Entgegen einiger (älterer) Bewertungen hatten wir keinerlei Probleme mit der Beheizung des Hauses. Es war stets angenehm warm. :) Absolut klasse!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad in de Oude Smederij van Guido & Claudia. Het huis en de tuin zijn heerlijk ruim en zo is er altijd een plekje waar je kunt lezen, eten of een spelletje kunt doen. De bedden zijn prima en het huis blijft lekker koel op warme dagen. De keuken is prima in orde (alleen de oven werkt niet goed). Tijdens ons verblijf waren de eigenaren buiten druk bezig met het creëren van nieuwe parkeerruimtes, dit gaf zo nu en dan wel wat lawaai. Maar dit is natuurlijk maar tijdelijk. De omgeving is echt prachtig, wil je wandelen of fietsen dan is de Oude Smederij een prima uitvalsbasis op slechts 3.5 uur rijden vanuit NL.
