This property was a great location for us! There is a nearby train station that can take you into Sorrento or into Naples, which was where we actually spent most of our time! It is spacious and feels like a very safe area. However, there is essentially no hot water on this property. If I had known this beforehand, we would have taken our business elsewhere. When we contacted the host about this, she was extremely dismissive and told us we needed to take short showers as we had 5 people. One of the bathrooms had ice-cold water 24/7, and when I told her this, she told me this was impossible. Which was extremely frustrating. The other bathroom had decently hot water for about 60 seconds, then it also turned cold. Lastly, after messaging back and forth with her discussing the water situation, she told me that while we were gone, she had come in and looked at both showers to "confirm" there was no issue with either of them. It made all of us uncomfortable that she had let herself into the property without informing us while we were gone. Anyways, she has good reviews, but when I tried to actually find them, they are all "outside" reviews. I would be wary of staying here if you care about a warm shower and keep in mind she may let herself in while you are away.
