"The property itself was ok. Quite loud sometimes because there's a shared balcony. It was distinctly average. But the customer service was embarrassingly bad. They made repeated, odd comments. "The seating and furnishings for this property are for 3 people only, there is no desk or work table, and the kitchen was as spartan as any place I can imagine. We typically stay at vacation rentals or hotels with a kitchenette. I’m used to better. This place had 3 coffee mugs, 5 spoons, 3 stools around the only table…. In a property I rented for 4 people! "The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!"
