"When you walk into the hotel, it looks amazing but we got there after a cruise ship so they said I couldn’t check in early but I would get a text message when my room was ready so we had walked around all of the French quarters and had nothing else to do so we came back and I’m sitting in the lobby and see people checking in never got a text to tell me that my room was ready. Also finally got to our room. It smelled like a wet basement. While trying to sleep, you could hear the elevators going up and down up and down all night long and there was heavy big equipment right outside my window and you could hear those running all night long and going off and coming on room 728 you never wanna sleep in there."

"The room was clean and the staff were amazing. The day and night front desk associates were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. "

"We stayed one night to be close to the airport for a very early flight. Old but rooms were remodeled and very clean. Not just fresh paint trying to cover old smells! The exterior looks old and is very basic, no frills. Airport shuttle was easy but runs once an hour, not on demand. We left too early to take advantage of the hot breakfast but coffee is available 24/7 and the front desk clerk brought out some package breakfast snacks for our group of early travelers. I would stay here again if I needed a room close to the airport. Friendly staff."

"Rooms are modern and gorgeous! Location is amazing this is our regular stay! Walking distance within EVERYTHING!! Valet Parking was a little slow but that’s understandable as we called for valet during peak hours."
