"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps? "

Sitting on the balcony and watching the ferries and other activity outside was pleasant. The bed was comfortable. Having the early morning airport shuttle was a help.
