It’s in a good spot, the metro is right beside the hotel which is convenient and only a 15mins walk from all the tourists spots. Staff at the front were very nice and helpful.

Staff were amazing and very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation itself is fine perfect for putting your head down in but it’s outdated. The bathrooms are tiny and outdated. No seal on the shower door meaning the whole floor is covered in water. There is no air conditioning in the rooms which this would benefit, there are heaters instead of air conditioning.

The staff here were amazing; so helpful and friendly. There is a 24 hour bakery right next door wuth great selections. Also the main city centre is a short 15 minute walk away

The front desk staff at Crystal City were helpful, and my room was centrally located at a convenient place for hotel pickups. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. However, because I stayed there for two weeks, I could have used an armchair, microwave and tissue in the room. Also, towards the end of my stay, a large group of teenagers arrived at the hotel late at night and kept me up. The hotel staff tried to mitigate the circumstances, but the problem persisted for hours.

Average hotel good location

Rooms are rather small, shower extremely small also, one of the sheets had a burn hole in it. Breakfast was alright, few options but not that bad. Located next to meteo station bur can be rather noisey at night. AC in room did not work, it would get rather hot inside the room at night even with the low temperatures outside.

Quality economy hotel

Very central, right at the Miraculicks metro station, with good tavernas and coffee-shops just around the block. Clean, classic rooms with fridge & coffee-maker; from the balconies you might get to see the Arcropolis and a bit of the ocean. Basic breakfast included in the room rate on most booking pages. Recommendable for city explorations and business-trips.
