"Hallo Herr Tegelaar, hier eine kurze Rückmeldung zu unserer Übernachtung in Ihrem Objekt.Leider enttäuschte der erste Eindruck der schlichten aber stilvollen Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, sowohl bei der Bettwäsche, die teilweise krümelig war, dem klebrigen Sofatisch, oder dem großen braunem Fleck unter dem Bett. Der Boden im Bad war staubig und klebrig, die Toilettenbrille viel deiner ersten Benutzung auseinander. ...dies sind unsere größten Kritikpunkte, aber leider nicht...

"Tolle Wohnung, super sauber und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und noch ein bißchen mehr... sehr nette Vermieter, angenehme Gegend Bei sommerlicher Hitze war es im Dachgeschoss erwartungsgemäß ebenfalls warm und die typische Geräuschkulisse in einer EFHsiedlung war bei offenen Fenstern zu hören.Fußläufig gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants sowie kulturelle Angebote. "Nice hotel with interesting concept. Very good location short walk the train station and city center. There is a Jumbo supermarket and restaurants next door. As clearly marketed it is a room and digital key with no human contact. Room is clean and for longer stay cleaned every 4 days. I recommend the hotel but you need to have a mobile with internet access otherwise you will not be able to access the hotel and room."

"I stayed in a "business plus" room. It was a nice size, but the TV is small, only 1 pillow is provided (and it's tiny), the duvet is 2/3 the size of the bed and there is no iron in the room. The breakfast is OK at best. It is very clean, the rooms are quiet, the staff are wonderful and the location is great. But I do not think that I will stay here again."

"The room was fine. We enjoyed the bike rentals. There are not many restaurant options nearby unless you bike or bus into town. The hotel restaurant was a bit formal for our taste, although we did enjoy the (expensive!) breakfast buffet. The food options on campus were a bit limited, as well. Thank goodness there was a small grocery nearby. The electric kettle in the room had moldy water in it. "

"The room was clean, the bathroom was big and we were so pleased to find the EV charger was free to use. The only downside was the room was so warm even in December and there was no thermostat to turn the temperature down. We used the small fan in the room but it was not enough to cool us down so we did not sleep very well. "
