"The worst part of our stay was the initial climb to the third floor with our luggage. Unbeknownst to us at the moment, this trek became a perfect training for the following day’s climb to Arthur’s Seat! We were quite happy with the location and the parking arrangement with St. James Place which was just a short ten minute walk to our unit. The location was perfect for the Royal Mile, Rose and George Streets, and the many restaurant choices. I think there were over one hundred pubs within a ten...

"Everything was perfect . One thing I do want to mention is that I paid for a king size bed and the bed was a full size at most maybe queen .most certainly not king "

"The reason I didn't rate it as a 5 was that we were told there was a lift there. When we got there we had to climb 2 flights of stairs before the lift started. At 70 years old, we purposely picked a place with a lift. This was very deceiving and caused a lot of trouble."

"Nice modern decor, great location. I didn't like that the washer/dryer gave me problems and I could not get the dryer to work. This was disappointing, luckily I only washed a few light items. Better instruction for use of the dryer might be helpful."

"This property was wonderful. Directly on the Royal Mile. Large living area, well maintained, comfortable beds and amenities. Was a little difficult to locate. The gate to the property is in Bishops Close. The closest parking garage was about a 10 minute walk, so drop off luggage first! We used St. James Quarter garage. This was close to all sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!"

"This flat was great, super clean and absolutely huge. The living room kitchen area is really big, as is the bedroom, the bathroom is good with a really great shower. Everything was super clean, plus they have a very clear recycling system which is great to see. The key code system for entry was super easy and clear, and the luggage room was really helpful and easy to access. Loved our stay! "
