"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but a little noisy because of the nearby pool and noisy from upper floor. Breakfast was good but the room was too small to accommodate all the guests when they come at peak time. Cost was a little too high based on what it offered."

"The design is impeccable and by a famous architect - Olson Kundig. We enjoyed every detail of the building and how close it is to nature. Such a tranquil moment sitting on the patio looking out to the vast grassland and nearby mountains. Shower and bathroom are remote. Walking to them is easy. Food option is limited and you can’t cook, so come prepared with food. There is fridge and microwave in the hut."

"The property itself is great. The room was spacious and the facility gets high marks. I was only able to stay one night as we were just passing through, but I would recommend Sun Mountain Lodge to others. Our visit was only clouded by the nearby fires made going outside a bit of a hazard due to the smoke."

"Got a good night's sleep and the shower was hot with plenty of water pressure. The maid could do a better job like leaving some cups to make coffee and water and maybe run a damp mop over the lv floor! Took my shoes off and in short time my white socks were pretty dirty!"
