Condo Rentals in Metropolitan District of Quito

"Great stay"

"Great stay!"

"This apartment was everything it was advertised to be: spacious, very clean, amazing views, helpful staff. The kitchen was equipped with anything one might need for cooking. Great restaurants are in easy walking distance. Overall, a very nice place for a very reasonable price."

"Excellent location and extremely comfortable for our family of 6 from the US. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Not sure I understand the swim cap rule, but My kids thought it was kind of funny, so enjoyed wearing them for the 3 days we were there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to get everywhere with a quick uber ride. Would be nice to be able to order food, but as a non Ecuadorian we could not figure out how to do it which made finding foods for the kids a little challenging,...

"Located in a neighborhood with a park and restaurants nearby. There are also two malls with in walking distance. The apartment was lovely and clean. It is ideal for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. It was extremely easy to communicate with the host and obtain additional assistance. I highly recommend it. The wi-fi was very good."

"I never got to stay as when I went to check in, the room was already rented to someone else. When contacting the property owner, he advised someone booked it already on another platform, which led me to have to find another location. "
