Spacious studio near Luxembourg

This is a bright 70sq m open-space studio which has everything you need:

- a large dining table;
- an expandable couch where additional two people can sleep;
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and utensils;
- a workspace area with a large desk and computer accessories;
- a king-sized bed;
- dedicated private bathroom and toilet.

The sleeping area is partially separated from the living room space with a large wardrobe, for some privacy. The view next to the bed overlooks the garden with a big cherry tree and the rural landscape in the background.

The studio is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only. Parking is available just outside the front door. The entrance provides space for the storage of bulk luggage or bicycles. Upon request, we can provide a high chair, a small floor mattress, toys and other child-related things.

The house is located on the main street of the village. Just a minute away is the local bistro with Italian cuisine. Travelers can also explore the popular Viezpfad hiking trail which starts right here. The closest supermarkets are in Orscholz, just a 7min drive.
