Excellent location, very pleasant staff, good breakfast. Not suitable for less mobile people, cars cannot come to to the hotel, difficult stairs to climb, this should be mentioned in the websit. Not very clean, a bit shabby, but acceptible in ralation to the price.

A perfect stay in the center of Metz

We had a great stay! Very helpful and nice staff. A very nice room right in the middle of Metz. We really loved it. The only problems we could think of is that there's no elevator (we think) and no rooms are on the ground floor. The shower in our room was a little tricky to get into, but once you were in it, it was great.

The hotel location is great and walkable to all of the town. The room was very nice. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The only thing is there are many stairs and no elevator. The hotel reception is located on what I would call the 2nd floor and the rooms are on the 3rd floor and higher.

This extremely charming old style hotel is perfectly situated in the old city a short walk from all the famous sights and the train station. Besides the renovated bathroom, otherwise the room was like a period movie set, totally lovely. Nice restaurant patios on the same block, and the guests made great recommendations to help me choose places to eat and drink. Note that as always when staying in the heart of an old city, if you think you will want to have windows open and go to bed before the nightlife stops, remember to bring earplugs. Note that the windows are modern and very soundproof when closed.

Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals beim Einchecken ok. Das Zimmer war viel zu heiß, lag auch noch in der 3. Etage. den ganzen Tag Sonneneinstrahlung. Es gab zwar einen Standventilator, aber die Leistung war nicht ausreichend. Ich mit 71 Jahren musste mein Gepäck ins oberste Stockwerk tragen. Eine Hilfestellung - bei Abreise wäre möglich gewesen, zumindest ab der Rezeption im 1. Stockwerk, aber der junge Mann hat sich nicht einmal angeboten. Bei heißen Sommertemperaturen ist es m.E. schwierig, es sei denn, man hat die nötige Bettschwere. :-)

Accoglienza cordiale e posizione centrale

L'albergo è situato in pieno centro, nessun problema con il parcheggio convenzionato a 5 min. a piedi e conveniente (posti disponibili anche per le moto). L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale, abbiamo ricevuto delle informazioni utili per la nostra visita a Metz (si pronuncia "mess"), simpatica cittadina animata con tante belle piazze, il fiume e diversi monumenti storici. La camera era enorme, in stile classico e molto luminosa. Buona la colazione continentale.

Top Lage! Gemütliches Hotel.

Schönes Hotel in top Lage mitten in der Stadt. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption wa Robin super freundlich und gab hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Günstiges Parken im Parkhaus Republic für 9€ pro 24 Stunden. Dazu braucht man beim Bezahlen eine Bescheinigung des Hotels.
