"Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a suite with a balcony that had chimneys inside and outside. Having them running was so beautiful and relaxing. Ms. Esperanza at the front desk made sure that our stay was perfect. All the staff is very friendly and tends to all guests needs. Could have stayed there forever."

You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. We leave early morning due to not be able to take a shower we only had a 2 seconds warm water and then cold water. Wifi don't work eather. Ower doesn't want to refund. ...
