"Staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and welcoming. Jordan helped us with checking in and out and he was great and very friendly. The setup was unique, it was minimal but you had everything you needed including secure parking albeit at a fee. The icing on the cake was the rooftop; an amazing clear sight of the Tour Eiffel The beds and bathroom were clean but the hallway (leading to rooms) carpet could do with a professional clean. "The location was great, with easy access to public transport, and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. There was a small hob, tea and coffee-making facilities, cups and other essentials, as well as a small sink with washing-up liquid and a sponge, which was really useful. The main downside was the pillows. They could definitely do with being replaced, as they were noticeably stained, which you could clearly see through the sheet like pillowcase and this was off putting. Overall, we had a good stay. The location, helpful staff and useful facilities in the room were definite positives. We did not use the breakfast facilities so can’t comment on these"

"Good location near Arc de Triumphe and Champs Elysees, may need Metro or taxi to other locations. Small rooms add to the Parisian charm, especially with balcony view of the Arc de Triumphe. Nice bakeries and cafes nearby."

"The hotel was magnificent and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge we had, but it was a difficult one was that the Uber driver couldn’t figure out where it was when returning from an evening out and left us in a dark, isolated area, where we had to find our own way and that was concerning. A similar experience happened to the friends we were travelling with on the same night and with a different driver"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Arc De Triomphe and near the metro for easy access around the city. The room was clean and well renovated. There is construction going on across the road as mentioned in other reviews but we didn’t find this noisy or disruptive at all - either the soundproofing is very good or we just got lucky with our dates! The only downside is the luggage storage after check out - we were told we could only store our bags there until 2pm. Our train back home wasn’t until 9pm so we had to pay 13 euros to store them in a shop on the street. Not the end of the world but we were just a bit surprised they couldn’t hold them for any longer than 2 hours, considering check out is 12, and luggage storage is advertised on the site. However, all in all a great stay for a great price - if we were ever back in the area would happily return!"

"It was a lovely hotel within walking distance 3 major metro stations as well as the Arc de Triomphe so it is well located for visiting Paris. The staff was nice enough, though it was weird that we had QR code in our room for room service that didn’t work so I asked the staff and they said they don’t have room service. As is common in the European hotels we stayed at, the elevator is very small so we used the stairs fairly often. Overall a very enjoyable stay."
