"The apartment was lovely, and the building is so close to the beach! Having an elevator was optimal for us. Even though it was a little grumpy (it growled sometimes), it worked fine.Other guests in the building were rather noisy at times, but that's no reflection on the hosts. The hosts were responsive to inquiries and graciously answered questions. They were evennice to give us recommendations of nearby restaurants when I asked. All-in-all, we had a great week! I would definitely work with these hosts again... and the apartment also, if we have a chance"

"Our family stayed for a week, and we were so blessed! The house easily accommodated our 5 children, my husband and myself. The house had EVERYTHING we needed from toiletries, linens, laundry detergent, and kitchen appliances. Yes, there is a crock pot! There was nothing we needed to bring other than ourselves, beach attire and some food:) We really appreciated the ease with which we could get to the beach. The beach wagon at the house, along with the sand toys made for lots of creative magic on the sand! We did a lot of shell looking and were able to find loads in the ocean. The kids loved body surfing and boogie boarding. We watched Panama City and Port St Joe flag system to know ocean conditions. (since Mexico Beach does not employ a flag system)We definitely plan to be return customers. This is a home for relaxing and truly vacationing. Thank you for sharing it with us. "

"Very nice house. Parking was good. House was clean and well kept. Nice beds/furniture. Fenced in backyard was a plus. Everything worked. No problems. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Property manager responded to text quickly. A little bit of a walk(not too bad) to the beach, will probably bring golf cart next time. "

"This was the perfect spot for my family of four with two teens. While we did not bring our dogs it is pet friendly. The place is updated and very nice, safe, quiet, and a just a quick walk to the beach. The place was clean overall, however the bunk bed bedding was not the cleanest and the floors weren’t as clean as they needed to be. With that being said we would still stay here again in the future! We will be back! "
