I’ve been to this hotel many times and I’ve had a very pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are always clean, and the beds and furniture in general are comfortable. Also, there are many gastronomic options around, clubs and places to chill and relax. The only suggestion to the hotel would be an upgrade in the conference room, but that is not urgently needed.

Excellent location located in the heart of Zona Rosa. This means it is convenient to everything, but loud weekend nights. The main elevator was out of service our entire alstay, but there is a seconday elevator, though it is small and slow. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice and near to a lot attraction with easy walk to reforma avenue, restaurants, stores and a lot bars. Staff are very friendly and ready helpful. The only problem with the Hotel was the main Elevator was down and from what we hear is been like that for long time, The second day the only elevator that was working stopped working. This was not good at all. I feel sorry for the ladies who work as houskeeper and people with problems to go up and down all the stairs. They need to fix that main elevator. Other than that rooms are good size and bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

Room was big and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was a great base for my many trips around Mexico City since it was central to everything I wanted to do. Uber cars were just a few minutes away for easy pickup. It was a bit noisy on weekends. but noise just in background and I was able to sleep, no problem. The rest of week was very quiet. Glad I chose this hotel for a great week in Mexico City.

I wanted to like this hotel.

The location is great and the housekeeping staff are wonderful. Cleanliness was not the issue. When we first arrived, the man who assisted with our luggage was also great. We booked the room because the price, layout of a nice suite, and location fit our needs. However, a few issues really made this untenable. There was only one working elevator with a 4 person capacity and, at times, waiting for it took way too long and sometimes it would arrive a full capacity so you couldn’t get on anyways. Also the lack of sensors that stopped the elevator from closing on a persons limb was downright scary. Second, the room with full blast A/C all day could not get lower than 23.5 (74 Fahrenheit) even though it was set much much lower. No assistance was offered other than suggestions to open the window but the window opened to some massive outside vent for the building just produced heat that rose up to counteract any air coming in. Small requests to the staff during the stay were handled very professionally by some and other front desk folks just came off as dismissive. The location is great and really these improvements could take this place from untenable to perfect. However, when I return, I’ll have to select a different placd in the area.
