Excelente departamento en unas de las colonias más céntricas de la ciudad, caminando a Reforma, muchos restaurantes, cafés y atracciones turísticas, zona segura y agradable.
Metro Sevilla está a una cuadra y una estación de préstamo de bicicletas está a la vuelta.
El departamento es tipo loft muy cómodo, amplio, cuenta con 1 recámara con cama king size y 1 baño completo, cocina equipada, una pequeña terraza, lavadora y secadora en el edificio.


El edificio sí cuenta con elevador que llega hasta el tercer piso y hay que subir un piso por las escaleras.
Sin embargo, al tratarse de un edificio antiguo, el elevador es más pequeño que las medidas estándar requeridas por Airbnb. Por esta razón, no podemos incluirlo como una amenidad en el anuncio.

Toma en cuenta que, aunque el elevador funciona correctamente, su tamaño reducido puede no ser cómodo para equipaje grande o carriolas.

Wonderful central location, close to a huge park ( El Bosque de Chapultepec) which has a lot of museums and the castle on a hill. Many restaurants nearby and the flat is located in a mini Koreatown. Noise is a factor, but you’re in a city of almost 23 million people, so its central location comes with an unavoidable cost. After a day or two, your brain tunes it out anyway.
