Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay at Grand Chapultepec. The security staff were friendly and helpful as were the front desk staff. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is walkable with many food options. It is also a short walk to the attractions in Chapultepec Park. I would recommend this hotel.

This is the first time that I stated at this place. I absolutely loved it. The place is very clean, safe, secured and accessible. I got room service every day. Staff are super friendly. I will be going back in June to stay for two weeks.

It may seem to be in an odd area, but the place is awesome inside. Some things seem old but it is such a beautiful place if it doesn’t get destroyed in the future. Such a nice area. Just some minor construction around makes it look dirty.

Don't stay here.

My family had a terrible experience while staying here. The hotel staff could not locate the reservation at check in. Once they did they had no room keys for us. Kitchen tools were filthy. The security guard was the only employee assisting the entire time

The property is well located, just one block to Main reforma street. Unfortunately there was a construction and there was a little bit of noise. The apartment is nice and have everything you need. The A/C of the main room was not working and I had to sleep open door to let the living room A/C climate the main room. That’s the only incidence I had. Besides that, everything went well.

Dirty and no cleaning service nor “pastries”

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and they never did cleaning even after I requested it. I also informed hotels.com and they did nothing. Overall bad experience due to lack of cleanliness. In additions supposedly pastries and cafe are included but they only set them up Friday morning and none of the other days and the pastries was literally 1 cookie. The reservation was for 2. Also the lobby was completely closed on Saturday and I was just able to talk to a staff member because she was walking by. Even after telling her about the need for cleaning she sent no one to clean and just said I should have complain earlier.

Ended up having to leave before staying the night because the room I booked was not at all what was pictured or even what the reviews reflected. The room I was given was very dusty, no utensils in the kitchen, one pan and missing silverware. Upon checking in you’re given a notice that anything missing from the room or anything damaged would be an immediate charge. No list of par for the room is given so you could be charged for anything. The bed was dirty with hair and stains. The pillows had a light cover on them but underneath were yellow. The bathroom had a missing window. I honestly might have stayed but what was really the problem was safety. There was no indoor locks so you couldn’t lock the main door while you were in the room. While we were “checking in” (the lobby closes at 6pm) with the security guard ( who was extremely nice and helpful) I noticed a man in a white truck taking pictures of us. It was something I had never experienced or thought too much about but putting everything together that night, we had to leave and book something else to stay the night. The location of this property is excellent which is why I booked but be cautious that the rooms are older, not too much sunlight bc the building is on a dark street. The laundry is downstairs with only after 5pm hours available and the rooms might be a little dirty.

Whoever is leaving reviews about this property, must be getting paid by the property. The service was poor at best. We asked for towels, and they outright said no. They told us to use the same ones until we leave. Our sheet were never changed, so I ask to have them changed, and they said no, but here are some sheet for you to do it yourself. The electricity went out several times. WHAT A DISASTER OF A HOTEL, IF YOUWANT TO CALL IT THAT!!!

Property was nice and well maintained I loved the free laundry and the included coffee and snacks at front desk. The rooms were decent size although the layout was a bit strange did not like having to enter closet to enter restroom, also the air conditioner had limits. Overall the experience id say was an 8/10 would stay there again, I was really said when I did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed on the booking page.

Fue una estadia muy agradable, el lugar es amplio, tiene luz natural, todas las amenidades, hay seguridad, es comodo, limpio, muy buena locacion, a una cuadra de Reforma y en la esquina hay un 7-Eleven y Una Cafeteria y mas restaurantes, asi que todo estaba ahi. La verdad es una muy buena opcion.
