Perfect location, friendly staff

The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

Fueniture in rooms ok.... the room was noisy, with light at night, no covers for cold, had to ask for them and took 2 calls and 1 hr to get them, the towels were thirty , old, smelly and harsh, incredible for a hotel of this "level and qualitiy"

Nos recibe Gina Cardenas, no da ni las buenas noches, no da la bienvenida, nos regaña por qué por error usamos un elevador de personal de servicio x lógica uno está molesto por ese trato y encima dice que por qué no le respondí con amabilidad cuando ella que es quien debería ser amable al ser su trabajo no muestra un solo gesto de amabilidad o educación.
