Excellent area, safe… the price was incredible. The only thing is that the doorbell can be heard very loudly from your room. Guest arrive at all hours of the night making lots of noise in the lobby, which can also be heard from your room. Staff was incredible, friendly. Room was clean and the shower had great pressure. Recommend 99%

In general it's ok, but teh staff at the beginning wasn't that friendly and there is a really bad welcoming way, I mean, there is no sign at the front about the hotel, you arrive and know nothing, it looks like some offices, there is a doorbell whichh seems to work but then you don't understand what to do to enter, the room's floor was dirty, the beds had some bugs that bite us, there is no fan or AC, the walls or sheetrock so be ready for some chat hearing outside your room, there are no curtains on the window so you get flashed by the automatic lights from the hallway, the pillows were very worn down, the tv works but they had no streaming service active, the only great thing was the shower, but in all honesty I wouldn't come back, well, the area is very noce to walk and go out eating as well but the decision remains. I guess it needs more attention from the management.

Can’t find where to enter

First of all, you can’t find the door to enter! There is no name of the hotel and the number is up high but not near the entrance door. It’s closer to a large driveway door. When I told them this, they just laughed and said yes, other guests have mentioned it also. I suggested they take a piece of paper and write the number on and tape it to the door bell. They just stand there and giggle. Luckily, they gave me a room on the first floor. My friend had to carry his suitcase up 3 flights of uneven stairs. I couldn’t find a light next to the bed. I asked at the front desk if they had a lamp, he said no. Later my friend told me that there is a lamp in the top of the headboard. The switch was on the other side of the bed. The guy at the front desk could’ve mentioned this. There was only 1 electric outlet, by the light switch.

Terrible, o como dicen por allí: solo hubo humo y espejitos pero cuando entré a mi habitación supe que algo no estaba bien (y ese "algo" resultó ser todo). Puedo decir, sin temor a equivocarme, que ha sido el peor hotel en el que me he hospedado en 55 años de vida y créanme cuando los digo que he ido desde los más caros, hasta los más baratos. La recepción que se muestra en la fotografía, y la regadera/presión del agua fue lo único rescatable de ese infernal sitio...en verdad me duele decir esto, pero no hay de otra y demás potenciales huéspedes merecen una honesta opinión.

El alojamiento en general es muy bonito. La chica de la Recepción es muy amable, atenta y accesible. El único inconveniente es que, como mencionan en otros comentarios, desafortunadamente por la construcción de tablaroca, los sonidos se escuchan en todo el hotel. Me tocó escuchar a una persona con su alarma a las 4:30 am y no la apagaba. Fuera de eso, es perfecto :)

Me gustó mucho el lugar y estaba muy cerca de restaurantes a los que se puede llegar a pie. La zona es muy bonita y me sentí segura. Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle y si se oía algo de ruido ya por la mañana cuando empieza el movimiento, personalmente no me impide dormir pero es algo a tener en cuenta

El agua de la regadera se sale del área hacia el lavabo y llega hasta la habitación. Sugiero que se tome en cuenta ya que en la puerta de entrada al baño queda el charco y el piso se vuelve muy resbaloso y peligroso, además de que al pisarlo se moja el resto de la habitación al caminar por ella. Todo lo demás excelente!

Súper linda la estancia, cuartos y servicio agradable. A una cuadra de Masaryk y Polanco, puedes caminar sin problema alguno hasta de madrugada.
