The Space:

The second private bedroom is equally comfortable, also with a queen-size bed, and the full private bathroom is equipped with all essential amenities for a convenient stay. Guest Access:

To keep everything running smoothly, visits are not permitted unless registered in advance. If you’d like to add extra guests, you’re very welcome to do so for an additional fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per night.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the vibrant Nápoles neighborhood, this area has become a dynamic hub for business and urban life, thanks to landmark developments like the Ciudad de los Deportes and the Urban Tourist Center 2000, home to the iconic World Trade Center (WTC). A defining symbol of Mexico City, the WTC complex includes a major convention and exhibition center, as well as the Siqueiros Cultural Polyforum, which houses the artist’s largest mural. Nápoles is also celebrated for its leafy parks, wide avenues, and forward-looking commercial growth, all complemented by a rich architectural heritage. Strolling through the neighborhood, you’ll find elegant mansions and palaces from the 1930s and 1940s in the distinctive Colonial Californian style, alongside an impressive collection of mid-century modern buildings that reflect the innovative spirit of the era.
Getting Around:
One of the neighborhood’s greatest advantages is its central location, making it easy to get around whether you choose to rent a bike, hop on the Metrobus, or simply explore on foot.

We kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to help keep everything comfortable for everyone: please close what you open, return anything you use, switch off lights and appliances when not in use, take responsibility for any damage, handle all items with care, tidy up after yourself, and leave everything in its original place.
Please note that, as this is a condominium, access to amenities is managed by the building administration rather than by us. Availability may occasionally be limited or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, capacity policies, or prior reservations. This is beyond our control and does not affect the accommodation service.
Interaction with Guests:
We’re here to support you throughout your stay and make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. You can reach our hosts at any time—preferably via WhatsApp—or by calling the numbers provided in your check-in instructions or available in the apartment. Our regular support hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
We usually respond within an hour; however, replies may take a little longer during nighttime hours. For urgent matters, we remain available after 10 pm. We’ll always do our best to assist you and ensure you have a smooth, pleasant, and worry-free stay.
