1: They are very strict about check-in times. If you're 3 hours early, you're gonna wait 3 hours. 2: If you are sensitive to a noise, do not get a streetside view room. The honking and sirens and traffic noises are fairly constant from about 6.30 in the morning until 11.30 at night, but in exchange for that, the view is great. 3: The rooms were clean. The elevators were fast. security was good. I would also say if you're just visiting Roma Norte or possibly getting picked up for tours, you don't need a rental car. There are e-bikes for rent for the week for like 20 American dollars right outside of the hotel, and almost everything that you would want to do in Roma Norte is in walking distance.

Excellent location in Reforma area, close to walk anywhere. Nice room, amazing hot strong shower, pool and steam room were nice perks except hot tub and steam room didn’t work one night. There are 2 nearly identical Capri Suites within blocks of eachother. I got dropped off at the wrong one and spent an hour trying to find it because my phone was in SOS mode and I was lost. Very very frustrating. Otherwise I would definitely stay again!

Great location on Reforma, the roof garden is brilliant, great views and a nice place to sit and relax. Walking distance to Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec Park, La Condessa is real close too, great place for coffee and food options (Independant businesses). Room was spacious, good cooking facilities, my only complaint is that bed is small, but I am 6"3..
