Superb location, middle of Polanco and safe to walk alone. Great shopping (Palacio de Hierro directly across the street), Antara and Mazerik 5 to 10 minute walk. Great restaurants all around. I will probably stay there again, as it is close to my diferent client offices. For my preference, the room is a bit dark, and would prefer to have a TV in the bedroom, instead of the living area.

The staff is so helpful and kind, we had trouble with a dinner reservation and the front desk helped us call and coordinate with the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Being across the street from a huge mall was an additional plus.

The property is very nice with an excellent location. Everything is comfortable and of good quality. I loved the rooftop terrace and the option of a private terrace in the room. The only negative was that I heard a lot of noise from other rooms. The staff is friendly and responds quickly.

My room was meticulously cleaned and smelled good. The place is beautiful and very spacious. I would book this place to stay here again. It’s also located next to a mall with designer shopping. There are tons of delicious bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe.
