"We loved being up North. It was quiet and the Resort was lovely. We rented a golf cart in town and it was super easy to get around. The kitchen was stocked with Basics: pots and pans, dishes, can opener, knives, salt and pepper. We shopped in town and cooked most of our meals there. Most of our time was spent Diving with White Sands Dive shop- they were great. Raul their Dive Master was great with all of us and took time to teach us new things."

The food was absolutely delicious everywhere we went, and each day brought new adventures and unforgettable moments. It was a truly wonderful time, and we’re already dreaming of coming back."

"Grounds were very well maintained. Nice pool and palapa. Interior of condo was ok. The place was sanitary but not quite clean...fine for a beach house though. Installing some hooks a toilet paper holder and a shelf or two, especially in the bathrooms would be a very simple improvement. Hand/dish towels in the kitchen would have been appreciated. The sliding patio doors were very janky and did not seem secure although we did feel safe at this location."

"We enjoyed our stay at Blue Water Villas. Liked that it was quiet and away from the town. There is a bit of a commute to town and amenities but it’s worth it. "

"Everything about the listing was true. The staff were extremely kind and very responsive! The villa was very clean and everything in it worked perfectly - zero complaints. The only challenge with our visit in very early April was the nonstop wind coming off the ocean and the related sargassum (seaweed) buildup on the beach. The wind was 25-35 mph non-stop the 5 days we were there, which made it impossible to go fishing, scuba diving or really do anything on the water. It was even too windy to really enjoy the pool. I will say that the staff did an admirable job of dealing with the sargassum every morning that accumulated overnight. They spend a few hours shoveling it away - and thank goodness that they did or it really smells bad. The saving grace for us given the wind was that we rented a golf cart and were able to go to the protected Secret Beach area and other parts of the island. It also allowed us to go to the grocery store often (a great new grocery is only 10 min away by golf cart). We also used the cart to explore different restaurants in San Pedro and around the island. Overall, a great trip that was limited slightly by Mother Nature. "

"We loved staying at Blue Water Villas. I went with my girlfriend and left with a Fiancé. This mini resort is far from San Pedro if you don’t like extended golf cart rides. We are adventurers and enjoyed every moment of the commute. The maintenance team deserves a huge shoutout. They made a great first impression and even helped with the luggage and gave us pointers and more importantly a laugh or two. They kept the landscaping and amenities at a picturesque level. In our condo, the ocean view was everything we wanted and more. For us, it was the perfect counter balance to the sometimes overwhelming city/ town center that is San Pedro. We will be returning as soon as possible. "
