"We had an issue with the AC unit. It was extremely loud... sounded like a car was in the room on permanent idle... and it was not cooling the room. No way I could sleep with it running and the temperature was high enough I wouldn't sleep well if the room was not cooled. I reached out via messaging and the response was timely. Fortunately there was another room open that they eventually moved us to, though that did not happen until I pushed back on their first response. We checked out the breakfast options and they were pretty standard so we opted to grab a bite elsewhere. Overall it worked out, but if there hadn't been a another room available it would have been a really long night."

"I would definitely go back to the Castleman. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. A yellowish stain on the mattress protector and a stain in the bottom of the bathtub were a bit unnerving, despite the rest of the room looking very clean. The amenities in the room included a microwave, Kurig, a small refrigerator, and a room air conditioner. The staff was friendly. I respect the restaurant being closed on Sunday, and will hopefully have a chance to return to try it in the future."
