"Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Some elements of the hotel let it down, the ensuite was tired looking with significant orange staining to the bath taps. The receptionist ensured me that I could get the same selection of food at the bar since the restaurant was closing. Two selections were shot down immediately. "When we arrived my husband and I were shocked as there was no parking at the hotel. We had to pay to unload and then had a five minute walk from the hotel to the car park. Genuine, friendly, happy - even the guy in the restaurant that served us a late dinner and then breakfast the following morning. I need some of that positive energy! We only stayed for one night, but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The bar is really cosy and the breakfast is very generous. We just loved it here. Please don’t change a thing."
