Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant dans un cadre idéal: jardin, piscine et terrain de pétanque; le tout à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique et 10 minutes en voiture de la mer et des nombreuses et belles plages occitanes. Nous relouerons avec plaisir ce joli bien, certainement lorsque la météo nous permettra une sortie en mer, sur le voilier...

" This is a very well equipped apartment. It has a comfortably furnished, spacious, open plan kitchen/sitting room. The ‘kitchen’ has a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer along one wall. There is an air-conditioning unit above the TV/Media equipment. There are two separate ways from this room onto the L-shaped terrace that overlooks the storm channel that runs through Montagnac. There is a barbecue and plenty of chairs and loungers on the terrace. The washing machine is in the garage. The garage...

Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons. Dank Klimaanlage und Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern ist die Wohnung auch bei heißem oder schwülem Wetter sehr angenehm. Genug Stellplatz für Fahrräder im verschlossenen Hof. Für Internet am besten ein Café aufsuchen - oder Geduld haben. Danielle und Jean sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft zum erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten im Viertel. Die ruhige Dachterrasse ist wirklich Gold wert. Für unseren Geschmack ist das Haus mit etwas zu vielen "zierenden"Gegenständen ausgestattet, aber das ist ja individuell. Prima Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin!"

"Lack of good quality pillows and only 1 per person in the room and very flat so not a good nights sleep."

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."
