"We picked this property for its vicinity to St-Roch station. The rooftop pool was lovely and my partner enjoyed the spa and sauna. The room was very clean. The best thing about this hotel though was that all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! "

"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

Apart from it being situated in the immediate city centre, walkable, pristinely clean, and friendly staff; after realizing I had forgot several expensive articles of clothing in my room wardrobe, the staff went out of their way to secure my things and have them shipped back to me in Canada, their kindness and hospitality is something I will not forget when booking another trip to the lovely city of Montpellier!
