"Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. "This was such a unique experience! Must be one of the most original places I’ve ever stayed at. I was a bit stressed that I would feel claustrophobic but the ‘cell’ was surprisingly spacious and there’s a large window. The only downside is that it’ was a bit hot during the night but that would probably be the case for any hotel across the region this time of the year. The view is breathtaking. The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. Would recommend to everyone!"
