"This property should never be offered for rent. Our lives were in danger just driving up the narrow roads to arrive at the property. Once we finally did arrive we returned to the base of the mountain extremely stressed without staying the night. VRBO should not be representing this property nor should any other broker of rentable properties."

"A fantastic week at a great location, perfect for exploring the area around Lucca and super easy to get to from Pisa or Florence airports. We loved the house and pool and Susan and Lelio were such brilliant hosts, full of useful info on where to go, what to see and where to eat……pretty much all you need!! Highly recommended!!"

"We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. "

"Nous avons passé deux superbes journées au calme dans les hauteurs de la Toscane. La maison est un peu rustique mais très charmante et tres agréable en plein été, notamment grâce a la piscine, la climatisation et la nature environnante. "What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation.
