"If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

Our original room was in a bit of a noisy location and we were happy with it - the hotel staff quickly assigned us a new room! They were SO quick about it. The hotel breakfast was amazing as well, a large selection of delicious food everyday! We will stay here again when we return to Lake Como."

"This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

"We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the floor could have done with a sweep and mop through our stay. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful, at times it felt as if there wasa bit of an awkwardness, we wanted to order food from the restaurant to our room and despite being told this was an option when we first arrived, it was difficult to get this service when we needed it, hence us knowing abiut the local pizza takeaway (Jolly Pizza, highly recommeded!) Overall a great hotel with a location thats slightly quieter than the hustle and bustle of the middle of the lake. Its along the Lago di Como greenway walk which was fantastic and has some great restaurants and bars all walkable distances along a flat path. Would have no hesitation staying here again or reccommeneding to others!"
