"Marriott hotel was greate choice for my vacation. Hotel located in quite area, close to all highlights. I use Bolt for exploring Malta. My room was excellent and had a great view of Baluta bay. Breakfast buffet was varied. Pool also was a good place for relaxation. It was unforgettable 10 days on Malta"

"If you are not aware, St Julians is a nightlife town. For example, as we were headed to the airport at 4:30am we saw several revelers on their way back from the night. The room is amazingly well sound-proofed .. unless they're on your hall. My only not great interaction from staff was when we complained about the midnight to 3am running up and down the hall, yelling, slamming doors, etc. on our hall, the front desk staff shrugged and said "well, it IS a party town". So just know that's what you're getting in to. We were also under the impression that the rooftop pool would be heated, it was not. Otherwise a lovely room and lovely stay."

"A great hotel away from the bustle of other areas but great for ferry travel and boat trips, including some of the best spots for snorkelling. The food was good, staff were very helpful with everything we asked. The hotel has a number of bars you can flick through with the various happy hours which is great. The private beach and snorkelling/swimming area is great!"

"We had an amazing week’s stay in Hotel Valentina. Everything from the lobby to the bathrooms were immaculate and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small thing I would have changed was longer opening hours of the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame it closed at 6pm though this may reflect the off-season visit being that it was October. All-in-all an overwhelmingly positive experience. We had breakfast one of the mornings and there was plenty of variety from continental to cooked breakfast. Thank you Hotel Valentina for our amazing stay! Highly recommend to others visiting"

The St George Park Hotel

"We stayed in October as a family of 2 adults and 1 one year old. We knew the hotel was right in the centre of a buzzing nightlife area and expected some noise, but we couldn't hear anything from outside the hotel! Up until about midnight, the sound of people returning from nights out was loud inside the hotel as the hallways are tile and not carpeted - again we expected this, and can't be helped with the hotels location - but do consider if you have kids. The room was spacious with a double bed and 2 singles. We needed a cot which arrived within 15 minutes of asking reception. The bathroom was functional but had a couple of small maintenance issues. The balcony was huge and had two sunbeds. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Pool area was clean and had plenty of space. Located right on top of ample bars, cafes and souvenir shops. Bus stops for main attractions and direct buses to airport only a few minutes walk too. 10 minutes walk to St George's bay, if that. No frills stay, which we expected but we paid very little so would stay again if we needed somewhere cheap, clean and well connected! Excellent if you want lots of food/drink options around you."
